3. Payments
All fees are based on agreed terms. Payments must be made on time. Advertising spend, taxes, and third-party costs are separate unless stated. Fees are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.
4. Results Disclaimer
BucksAdSync does not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, revenue, or rankings. Campaign performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials created by BucksAdSync remain its property until full payment is received. After payment, clients receive usage rights for agreed purposes.
6. Third-Party Platforms
We work with platforms like Google and Meta. BucksAdSync is not responsible for platform policy changes, account suspensions, or penalties.
7. Liability
BucksAdSync is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the fees paid for recent services, as permitted by law.
8.Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding dues must be cleared upon termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
